"Their team is always great to work with! Hollee, specifically, is a true gem! We bought a new car on Friday and she had our old car off our policy and our new one on it before we even left the dealership! "Be very careful with this agent. I had major issues with billing and refunds after canceling my car insurance policy. They refunded me only $5 even though I paid $167 just 10 days before cancellation, and their explanation made no sense. The billing process was unclear and unfair. If you’re someone for whom your money really matters, stay away from this agency — they are not transparent or careful with customer payments."

The numbers we’ve shared with you come directly from State Farm and they are who is giving the information we’ve shared with you. There were changes made to your policy before you recently transferred to us, which are coming into play. "Terrible! They left me with out insurance and made me pay it afterwards when my father passed away! They were super rude and lied to get me to sign up. I didn’t want a device in my car to get a discount & the agent lied to me about it. When I told her I was not okay with that, she cancelled my insurance without telling me. That’s how it happened. I was so upset, I was driving long distances to work. The agent never told the truth & had to call me to say I needed to pay for insurance for several months, even if I did not have insurance covering me. The owner will not hear me out at all. It was so messed up to be treated like I did something wrong when I tried to talk with the owner about the agents lies. I would never trust them!!!!"
